Kim is a mom, a veteran, and an experienced certified Kripalu yoga instructor whose trauma-sensitive approach honors where you are. She strives to create a safe and cozy space where you can explore the many facets of yourself through gentle yoga postures and guided meditations. Kripalu yoga is about inviting awareness to mind and body while tapping into a space of compassion within, releasing judgement, and embracing You, just as you are. Kim believes the potential for healing lies within each of us and yoga is the vehicle that can bring balance and peace of mind to our life experience.
