Kim is a mom, a veteran, a student and a certified Kripalu yoga instructor whose trauma-sensitive approach honors where you are. She invites awareness to mind and body, while tapping into a space of compassion. She believes the potential for healing lies within each of us. She is the instructor for Veterans at Ease, a 75 minute class offered free to veterans and their loved ones, through The Wellness Center - a 501(c)3 non-profit - "connecting the community with alternative solutions for chronic pain and disease through preventative therapies."
