We use long-held, supported resting poses to create conditions that cultivate conscious awareness and relaxation. This class encourages inward focus through gentle movement and stillness. By tuning into the breath, you are invited to be present and let go of any tension in the body and mind. You will leave feeling restored, rejuvenated and refreshed!
